LouieLighting.com is committed to providing you with a peaceful and enjoyable shopping experience. We want to always be the best resource to purchase lighting and fans from online or over the phone. Therefore, we are happy to offer you a 30 days return period and a 100% refund on products purchased from our store. .
This is one of the industries easiest return policies. (Some exceptions apply*).
To qualify for returns, products must be in un-installed and resellable condition, free from scratches and/or defects, and in the original packaging clean from any writing or labels. All requests for returns or exchanges of non-defective items must be received within 30 days from the date of receipt of items.
All returns must include a valid RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any returns that do not include a valid RMA number may not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. Product shipment refusal is not considered as a return and a refund is not guaranteed. You must have an RMA number to return your product. RMA numbers are good for 10 days after they have been issued.
- No returns are accepted for custom made lights, made-to-order, and/or special modifications or custom cut items such as track systems, modified track heads. rope light, cables, etc.
- Purchase of (6) six or more of the same item- none of the items may be returned. We encourage you to order a one item sample first for evaluation and to ensure it fits your needs.
- Light bulbs, accessory items, parts and low voltage wires may not be returned for any reason.
- Items marked as clearance or final sale may not qualify for returns unless defective.
- Items that are marked as non-returnable or as having restocking fees on product page.
- Orders over $2,000 total order may incur restocking fees. In cases of large orders we encourage you to contact us by email or phone for return details or special terms prior to placing the order.
- All RAB Lighting outdoor poles and posts are non-returnable.
- Our Free Returns Program is not offered on orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.

Return of Defective or Wrong Items
All damages, defects and/or receipt of incorrect items must be reported to Louie Lighting within 10 days of delivery date. Please follow the steps below so that we may resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

- Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form. Requests for replacements or exchanges may also be indicated in the RMA form.
- You will receive return instructions from Louie Lighting within the shortest possible time. Once your RMA number has been issued you must return the item to the address indicated within 10 days. Louie Lighting is not responsible for items returned to the incorrect address or items shipped more than 10 days after your RMA number has been issued.
- If you have requested a replacement or exchange, the replacement order will be placed after the original shipment has been received and inspected. If you wish to expedite this process and pay for the replacement item before a refund is issued please clearly indicate this in the RMA form.
- A refund will be issued once the shipment has been received and inspected by Louie Lighting or item manufacturer.
- Items that are found to be in working condition or per-order will be treated per our regular return policy.
- You must have an RMA number to return your product. RMA numbers are good for 10 days after they have been issued.
