Louie Lighting values you as a customer and will always work hard to get your products to you in the fastest way possible. Due to the nature of the lighting industry, some of the products have a lead-time of up to 120 days. In cases of extremely long lead-time we will contact you before your order is processed. 

Free Shipping offer is valid only for direct web orders over $100.00. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on Louie Lighting's, Inc. invoice(s). Louie Lighting, Inc. will charge your account the total cost of freight to and from destination and back to the manufacturer for any shipment that is refused. In Case Of Refusal Of A Shipment You Will Be Charged A Restocking Fee(S) Of Up To 75% Of The Invoice Amount For Orders Of Regular Fixtures (varies by manufacturer) And 100% For Orders On Custom Fixtures. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

For orders that are to be shipped to a location outside of the continental 48 United States (including shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada), the shipping costs that are displayed on the web site are not valid and our customer service representative will contact you with a specific shipping quote for your approval. If the customer chooses to cancel the order at that time Louie Lighting will respect this without penalty. The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties and fees, including Brokerage fees that may be associated with any purchase. LouieLighting.com is not responsible for any of these additional charges.
