Terzani USA warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. During this warranty period, Terzani USA will repair, or replace, at its option, free of charge, products that are proven to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from accident, alteration, tampering, misuse, negligence or abuse. This warranty does not apply to light bulbs which are not products manufactured by Terzani USA and which in some cases are supplied by Terzani USA only as a service to the customer. Terzani USA hereby expressly reserves the right to limit or exclude consequential damages under the terms of this warranty. (Some states do not allow the exclusion of consequential damages so this might not apply to you.)
Returns:
No return of goods will be accepted without written consent and shipping instructions from Terzani USA. This applies to returns of non-defective and defective merchandise. Return of installed goods will not be accepted. Return of Non-Defective goods, when approved, will be subject to 30% restocking charge. Items returned must be in re-saleable condition in original packing and must be received by Terzani within 10 business days form the moment RGA is issued; Failure to comply will result in credit memo denial. Defective returned items that do not comply with the warranty regulations of Terzani USA Inc will be subject to total amount imbursement by customer. Return of defective goods is regulated by Terzani USA warranty policy and must follow Terzani USA procedure.
