Warranty:
Within one year of shipment, Justice Design Group will replace at no cost, Justice Design products that are determined to be defective by Justice Design. Improper installation, maintenance, and/or use will invalidate all warranties. Improper installation, maintenance and/or use includes, but is not limited to, exceeding recommended maximum lamping wattage, using a fixture that is UL suitable for damp locations where a UL suitable for wet locations fixture is required, improper handling, installation by a non-licensed electrician, an/or damage caused after the fixture is received by the consignee. In any and all cases, Justice Design Group’s liability and/or responsibility is limited only to the replacement of the Justice Design fixture(s) considered to be defective. Justice Design will not be responsible for any additional liability or damages (e.g., initial fixture installation cost, fixture removal cost, fixture re-installation cost, damage caused in any way to person or property.

Returns:
All returned merchandise must have a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number provided by Justice Design. The RGA number must be requested by Louie Lighting. All large orders for glazes, metalic leafs, faux finishes, SOCO, non-standard lamping or custom product s are non-cancellable and fixtures are not returnable. Any discontinued item or finish, SOCO, custom finish, custom cutout, custom shape, or non-standard lamping is not returnable. Justice Design will only take back and issue credit for NEW merchandise (never installed or used for display) in salable condition with was purchased within the last 12 months. Merchandise must be returned complete and undamaged in the original boxes with all original packing material. Following are the guidelines for returns:
-Bisque - Maximum 12 fixtures with a 25% restocking charge, plus FFA outbound freight cost, if applicable.
-All Others - Maximum 6 fixtures with a 24% restocking charge plus FFA outbound freight cost if applicable.
All returned merchandise must be properly packed in original Justice Design packaging, and must be returned to Justice Design within 30 days of issuance of the RGA. The RGA number must be clearly marked on the outside of each carton returned. If merchandise is not received by Justice Design within 30 days of the RGA date, the RGA will be cancelled. NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS THE RGA PROCEDURE HAS BEEN FOLLOWED AND THE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO JUSTICE DESIGN.
-Damaged Merchandise - Justice Design must be notified within 5 days of customer's receipt of merchandise damaged in shipment. An RGA number will be issued at that time. After the damaged merchandise has been inspected, a credit memo will be issued.
-Return Freight: Customer is responsible for paying all outbound and return freight except in the following circumstances:
-Error or mis-shipment is the fault of Justice Design
-Defective product received by customer within the past 30 days
-Merchandise damaged in shipment and received by customer within the past 5 days
