All TechnoMagnet transformers encapsulated in a âBlack Powder Coated Enclosureâ shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of shipment. All TechnoMagnet transformers encapsulated in a âStainless Steel Enclosureâ shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the transformer. The liability of TechnoMagnet or any Distributor or Sales Representative on all claims of any kind for any loss or damage arising out of or resulting from or concerning any aspect of this warranty, or from the products or services furnished, shall not exceed the price of the specific product which gives rise to claims.
TechnoMagnetâs responsibility ceases upon acceptance of merchandise by carrier. Consignee against carrier must make all claims for loss or damage in transit, but we will render aid and assistance in the presentation and enforcement of such claims without waiver of our rights to have compliance with terms of payment for our invoices.
Returns:
All merchandise returned without our written consent will not be accepted. All returned goods are subject to prior approval and must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA) from Louie Lighting Inc. issued by TechnoMagnet. Return requests must be made within the warranty terms and returned with in 30 days of RGA issuance. All returns are for replacement only. Account credit will only be considered on a case by case basis.
