Returns:

Product may only be returned with a Returned Good Authorization (RGA), no return will be accepted without this number. All requests for RGA's must be referred to Louie Lighting. All returns for non-defective product must be returned freight prepaid and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Hinkley retains the right to credit or repair any product returned and to refuse returned product that has been altered and/or improperly packaged for return. Unauthorized freight charges will be deducted from credit.

Warranty:

One Year Warranty: Hinkley Lighting warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship. Hinkley will, at its discretion, repair or replace any properly installed Hinkley product which fails under normal operating conditions within one year from the date of installation. Hinkley will inspect product, upon receipt of the returned item, to determine if the product defect is covered under the warranty. Warranty covers only equipment manufactured or supplied by Hinkley. Transportation, installation, and replacement charges are not included. Equipment used in conjunction with, but not supplied by Hinkley, is excluded from warranty.
