Order Acceptance Policy
Your electronic receipt or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Louie Lighting, Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline your order, at any time, for any reason. Louie Lighting, Inc. reserves the right without prior notice to you, and at any time, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or cancel your order for any reason. Payment by Credit Card - You certify that you are the cardholder and legal user of the credit card and the information you have submitted. We investigate all cases of potential credit card fraud and your information will be provided to the credit card issuer. Your credit card is billed upon receipt of your order.
Chargeback Abuse - You agree that in the event of a credit card chargeback, which is subsequently found to be in error, to correct the error within 10 days from notification of such error. You also agree to pay us a processing fee of $50.00 USD for any and all chargebacks found to be in error. You confirm and agree that this amount will be charged against your credit card. Any additional amounts due us will be paid to us in cash (money order or bank cashier's check) and in U.S. dollars within 30 days from date of notification of the error.
Security Controls - We do not hold any credit card information in our system. In fact, we never see your credit card information at all. At the point you click on our payment link you will be redirected to one of the largest credit card processors to enter and process your transaction. You are later sent an email from the credit card processor with your order number and your approval code. For the protection of the cardholder we do not ship any product unless we have a full authorization from the credit card issuer
Typographical Errors - In the event a product is listed on our website at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled for these reasons, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
