This brass cover surrounds a clear, thermal shock resistant soda lime glass globe inside. The globes are available in a range of colors to suit the ambient color scheme. The glass reflects the light from a bulb of up to 150 watts (100 watts for colored globes) for an all-round lighting effect. RAB Lighting being renowned for its outdoor lighting fixtures, the assembly is also designed to be suitable for operating in wet conditions and can, hence, be used for ceiling lighting outdoors. The installation is simple and fast, with the individual units already being partly pre-assembled and the design obviating the need for any special tools for installation
