Never forget to turn your fan off and dim your lights in a single switch with the new Maestro Timer / Dimmer Switch. Provides independent control of light and exhaust fan. Dimmer provides full range dimming of incandescent light. Dimmer LEDs show preset light level when light is off. Timer can be set to operate fan or second light for 5-60 minutes before turning off automatically. Timer has orange LEDs that indicate time remaining before turn-off. Use timer with exhaust fans in bathrooms to reduce moisture, mold, and mildew growth. Ideal for retrofits or upgrades of stacked switches ?± no need to cut additional box space, no neutral wire required. Coordinate using Lutron Claro Wallplates(sold separately).
