The Hinkley Lighting 51070BZ Landscape Line Voltage Well Light Bronze is a cost efficient and ergonomic method of providing non-intrusive lighting for landscapes and exteriors. The 51070BZ Well Light consists of a 12.75” high bronze finish enclosure made of thermoplastic composite resin to withstand the elements and provide insulation against water seepage. It uses a single 70 watts incandescent bulb, which can be connected to a dimmer to alter the ambience as well as to save power and comes equipped with the necessary insulated wiring kit suitable for outdoor installation. The lampshade lens is 9.5” wide. Since well lights are mostly placed in-ground, it is preferable that they be surrounded by permeable sand to allow easy draining of water. Further, with the 51070BZ Well Light being constantly exposed to dust, dirt, grime, apart from water, it has an IP rating which confirms that the light is resistant to the effect of solid particles as well as immersion in water.
