Hinkley Lighting 1502BZ Landscape Path Low Voltage Bronze

The Hinkley Lighting 1502BZ Landscape Path Low Voltage Bronze is 26” high and has a lamp-post design, with an 18 watts wedge bulb hanging from the top of the light fixture. The 1502BZ Landscape Path Light uses a die cast aluminum construction with bronze finish and works on low voltage. It is approved for outdoor installation and is ETL listed for functioning in wet conditions and rainy weather. Since the 1502BZ Landscape Path Light uses low voltage for operation, it has to be connected to a step down low voltage transformer to convert the normal domestic line voltage of 120 volts to 12 volts. This transformer sometimes makes a buzzing sound when in operation. A dimmer is attached to the transformer to eliminate, or at least reduce, the buzz. Path lights are best when placed at a uniform distance from each other, along pathways and walkways, or around the perimeter of the house.
