For better energy efficiency, the incandescent bulb can be replaced by a CFL. Since it is UL listed for operating in wet conditions, the 1430RB Trellis Small Wall Outdoor Light is suitable for placing on walls along the exterior of the house. With a height of 15.25” and a width of 7”, the 1430RB Trellis Small Wall Outdoor Light can be placed singly, in a pair on either ends of arches, porticos or doors, or in a series of lamps placed equidistant, along the wall, surrounding the residence or in gardens. The ideal height for placing the 1430RB Trellis Small Wall Outdoor Light is at about 5 feet from the ground, at or around the adult eye level.
