Hadco Lighting IBH Inground Remote Ballast
| Housing: | Housing and cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester composite material. Fasteners are 300 series stainless steel. Gasketing is silicone. Two (2) ¾" NPS threaded conduit inlets on bottom. Two (2) additional inlets may be field drilled and tapped. |
| Finish: | Composite is textured, pressure formed, molded-in-color. |
| Electrical Assembly: | Standard 120VAC, 60Hz input. 50/60Hz input. Consult factory for details. |
| Ballast: | All metal halide HID ballasts are core and coil and regulated with power factors better than 90% (HPF). Ballast provides +/- 5% lamp power regulation with +/- 10% input voltage regulation. Ballasts are factory pre-wired and tested. Metal halide ballasts are capable of starting at -20° F or -30° C. Ballast is encapsulated in epoxy resin for moisture resistance and additional corrosion protection. Long range ignitor included as standard equipment. |
| Installation & Mounting | Consult factory if cover needs machined. Lower housing may be recessed directly in the ground or in concrete. Re-enterable encapsulant included as potting compound for sealing conduit entries. |
